Ruzwa has been accountable for the strategic direction and the continued success of Cooper Oates since 2004. Prior to joining the company he was president of a multi-national software development firm, co-founded a management consulting practice, and was responsible for strategic planning in the consulting division at KPMG. He has served clients in industries ranging from financial institutions, healthcare, manufacturing and higher education. During his tenure at Cooper Oates, the company has focused on assisting property owners and tenants manage the full life-cycle costs of their air conditioning systems across the design, construction and service continuum.
